Shell Side Bundle Pulling and Cleaning
Aqua Energy are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Shell Side Bundle Pulling equipment. Our Bundle Pullers and extractors can remove Heat Exchangers from several metres long up to 15 metres long with weights up to 100 tons and diameters up to 4 metres.
Bundle Pullers are supplied diesel engine driven, pneumatic Zone-1 driven or electric, Zone-1 driven. Zone-1 models are designed for offshore and gas plant applications to avoid explosions.
We manufacture a range of bundle transporters to transport the heat exchangers around the refinery to the cleaning bay area or to offsite locations.
Our Robotic Heat Exchanger Cleaning equipment cleans up to five heat exchanger tubes in one pass and robotically cleans the outside of the heat exchanger. Robots can clean Heat exchangers up to 15 metres long.
As an optional extra the robot cabins can be supplied with air conditioning or heaters for hot and cold locations.
To make us a truly one stop shop we also manufacture the water jet equipment (hydroblasting) to manually or robotically clean the bundles with pressures from 800 bar up to 3000 bar and horsepower from 100 up to 500.
