Heat Exchanger Cleaning Hydraulic Rollers
The Heat Exchangers are mounted on two roller blocks which turns the heat exchanger effortlessly.
One roller is an idle roller, whilst the other is hydraulically driven to rotate the bundle at one (1) and thirty (5) rpm.
Two different models of rollers are available:
- 25,000 KG capacity
- 50,000 KG capacity.
The rollers have stepless positioning for manual and automatic cleaning.
The controls are located inside the cabin of the robotic cleaning units.
